The Website provides general information about Kourion, our projects, and career opportunities. It does not facilitate financial transactions or the use of any product or service. Products and services offered through our projects are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, where applicable.

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it beyond standard search-engine indexing, submit false information, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

All content on the Website — text, logos, graphics, and code — is owned by Kourion or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. The Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kourion and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

We collect only what is needed to operate the Website and respond to inquiries:

We use information to respond to inquiries and process hiring applications, maintain Website security, understand aggregate usage, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

We share information only when necessary: with service providers that host the Website, deliver email, or provide analytics (under appropriate confidentiality terms); with our affiliates on a need-to-know basis; and with authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
